Outage with 3rd party financing partner caused downtime on availability of premium finance option on newly quoted programs and unavailability of finance estimate API from 5:00 AM PST - 9:15 AM PST.
Re-quoting on affected programs was completed by 10:15 AM PST.
Additional remediation put in place includes fallback finance quoting for programs in production.

At approximately, 9:35 am PDT, a change was deployed that affected the ability to add quotes to an existing program. This change affected all Dashboard users.
As of 2:08 pm PDT, a fix has been deployed. We apologize for any disruptions this may have caused and will be actively working on adding guardrails to avoid such issues.
